Lodget kohteessa Episkopos

We spent two wonderful weeks in the peaceful fishing village of Ligia at the turn of May and June. Since we had a rental car, all we needed was a quiet and affordable place to stay, and Sunny Room was perfect for that. 👌🏼 The road ends at the property, so there was no through traffic or disturbance from other tourists. The room was small and the bed was a bit narrow, but it was perfectly adequate for us. There was also a small private patio where it was lovely to enjoy our morning coffee. Sun loungers would have been a nice addition, though. 🤔 There was a clearly marked parking space right next to the room, which was very convenient. The room was clean, and housekeeping worked very well. The young host always sent us a WhatsApp message to ask what time would be most convenient for cleaning. He was also happy to give us tips about places to visit and local excursions. We chose Sunny Room mainly because of its location. 👌🏼 Ligia/Kariotes Beach is absolutely beautiful and peaceful, especially at sunrise and sunset. 😍 We didn't even need to use the air conditioning because the upper part of the front door could be opened and was fitted with a mosquito screen. It kept the room pleasantly cool – a very practical feature. 👌🏼 Overall, the accommodation felt very cozy and welcoming. 👍🏼 The only thing that spoiled our experience a little happened one evening. When I returned from an evening walk, the young host mistook me for a trespasser and was about to ask me to leave the property. 😡 Since I had been the one communicating with him before our arrival and throughout our entire two-week stay, I would have expected him to recognize a long-term guest.
