It was the first cold wave when we were there. So we loved sitting in the hot tub and watching it snowing/raining. The view from our living room onto the lake was very beautiful. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much.

It was clean, comfortable, spacious and best of all, quiet and quaint. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The proprietors were friendly and helpful. I’ll tell everyone I know, who is headed in this direction, to book a cabin at High Falls. I wish I could have stayed a week! It was the best stay in a week of lodging rentals.

I was a little bit skeptical at first but such a surprise when I enter the cabin. Got everything I need and great location. The lady was so friendly. 5 stars! Only able to upload 4 pics, pics taken the day we checked out, sorry for not making the bed aha

The room was quite new and clean, with a spacious dining and play area on the first floor. There were also some games, karaoke, and a pool table provided, which was a nice touch.

My husband and I loved the property, because it was right on the lake. We loved looking out the window, while it was raining and watching the rain fall on the water, it was wonderful, beautiful, peaceful and romantic to look at; you have to be there to enjoy the moment. And watching the sunset off the water, it was also beautiful. The property have lots of sitting areas with fire pits and BBQ grills. And for this time of year, it was quite. The price was affordable and our room had everything in it. We went for our 6th wedding anniversary and we loved our weekend getaway.

The setting is beautiful. The place had many guests but somehow never felt busy or crowded. The kayak and canoe trips are amazing. It's clean, quiet, relaxing. Last day we went for a hike in the surrounding woods and saw a deer.
