Absolutely beautiful island; facilities have clearly been carefully thought out to maximise guest enjoyment. The north sauna was amazing, and the glamping tents lived up to the promise of their pictures. We would definitely come back!

Angervo is set in Miehikkälä and offers a terrace, a private beach area and barbecue facilities. It’s a fantastic spot in the middle of nature. While the hut is small it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. All the facilities are brand new. Separate wood-heated sauna by the river was also top notch. Extra plus for the hospitality and excellent service mindset of the host.

We've been in Finland for 2 weeks, this was by far the best accommodation. The house is very cozy, you feel like home. There is a lot of space in all rooms. Of course, the alpacas are the extra cherry on the cake, especially if you are with children. Having breakfast on the back porch was the most serene experience- just us and the alpacas, surrounded by the forest. Service-wise Petri was very responsive, very friendly. Unlike other accommodations in Finland the bed linens were already assembled when we arrived and included in the price. We easily drove from here to both Paijanne and Repovesi national parks for great hikes.
