If you are coming to Israel's south for pampering, there's another resort at 5x the cost; but if you want to be out and about, discovering the abundance of grace & natural beauty of this area, then Desert Shade is truly the perfect, comfortable and affordable "basecamp" for your desert adventure.

The communal showers and dry toilets are separated from the huts (in private spacious stalls). Absolutely dream location. In the middle of the beautiful desert, you arrive at an ecological farm owned by an incredibly lovely family. You stay in very well made and aesthetic huts that are separated from each other, so you can get all the privacy you may need. This was an amazing experience for us, we are so thankful for the delicious food both breakfast and dinner, for the great guests we met there. Don't think twice about this, just take some clothes and go. Maybe also a flashlight.

All units at Desert Home are air conditioned. Some have a traditional south Israeli design with wood floors and a cosy fireplace. Each one comes with free WiFi and an LCD TV with DVD player and satellite channels. You will also find a furnished balcony with a view of the desert. Such a fantastic view and a great place to rest. Sensual, neat interior. a friendly host. Thank you for everything and the place I want to visit.

Just one night but we loved it, especially our kids. the dinner was extremely tasty. We had a vegeterian option. The breakfast was also excellent. The small houses are decorated very beautifully. And of course the camels. There are plenty of them there.

This is a new, sparkling clean apartment in a newer and very quiet residential neighborhood of Yeruham. Note that you'll need to climb one flight of stairs to enter. Bedroom: The bed in the parents' bedroom was very comfortable, with high-quality pillows and bedding. Entrance to the sunny and spacious balcony is through this bedroom. Bathroom: The bathroom was spacious, modern, and well-equipped, with excellent shower water pressure. Parking: No reserved parking, but we never had a problem finding a spot nearby. Owners are nice, supplying us with a hot plate for simple cooking.

The air-conditioned lodge consists of 1 separate bedroom, 1 bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer, and a living room. Towels and bed linen are provided in the lodge.

Ben Gurion University is 47 km from the lodge. Ben Gurion Airport is 125 km away. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The hot jacuzzi was great on a cold winter night. The decor is original and beautiful.
