We loved everything about our stay at Lochmara Lodge. We stayed for two nights with our family and It was a little bit of a splurge, but did not disappoint! The location was stunning, the fact that you got there by water taxi made it remote and uncrowded, and there were plenty of things to do (hike, paddleboard, kayak). Also, the food was delicious and the staff was accommodating and helpful.

We would recommend Admirals Lodge. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed (the bed was huge!). The owners were very welcoming and were baking when we arrived so the entire property smelt divine. Convenient location with parking, we were catching the early morning ferry so it was perfect for us. Great walking distance from town.

The service, great attitude of staff. Super collection from the port to the lodgings and return the next morning to help with bags. Good food and drink on site.

Nikki, Gary and the other staff were great. We enjoyed the Location, very Handy to Ferry and Shops. Tombstone Motel, Lodge & Backpackers was a nice and peaceful place to stay.

Ease of access from ferry. Was unsure about shared bathroom facilities but it was just like at home and walking down the hall. Day lodge facilities had so many options, something for everyone.

Really nice lodge, with spa, games, books... Really clean kitchen and bathroom.

Lynley and Mike have created a slice of paradise with Hopewell Lodge and we did not want to leave. Everything from booking to settling our bill was seamless. I had never seen such a high rating on booking.com but Hopewell Lodge lives up to it and exceeds it. Do not hesitate to book, you will not regret it! Don’t forget to try the pizzas too which are delicious.

Loved the location; loved the friendly resort-style feel of the Lodge. The staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and relaxed. Every detail was taken care of - the restaurant even cooked our fish for dinner.
