The area, the village, and the hotel. Village people are very friendly. The hotel has exceptionaly nice facilities including a kitchen you can use and lovely common areas. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a spacious common terrace. And the place is pet friendly! Every thing is super clean. A real gem.

The guesthouse Solar Alegria is in a wonderfully peaceful country village with beautiful views of the lake and surrounding countryside. Very close and convenient for the Ecopista do Vouga. A large pool to cool off in! Jenni and Hugo are the perfect hosts and made us feel immediately at home. Jenni and her team are superb chefs, something we discovered by accident as we had not planned to dine in. Delicious Italian food with fresh ingredients from the local farms.

It’s a true nature paradise with natural swimming pool and spectacular Mountain View’s. Frog and birds sounds are really enjoyable. I’ve asked to use the sauna and was lucky. Holiday apartment was nee equipment and nice.
