Offering a free 24-hour transfer service to LAX, Hyatt Regency Los Angeles International Airport features spacious rooms and suites with a mid-century modern design and free Wi-Fi. Excellent location, brilliant staff and shuttle service is efficient and convenient. I have stayed at other LAX hotels and am yet to see their shuttles or the line is huge and it is quicker to get a cab. This hotel has a constant stream of shuttles (and all the shuttle drivers are super-friendly and helpful with luggage). The bellhop escorted us to the shuttle the next morning and loaded our many heavy bags for us. Everything was super convenient. Food was awesome - we arrived to the hotel at 11pm and the coffee shop was open until 11.30pm and the restaurant until midnight. (We had a long journey and hadn’t had lunch). There were no bell hops when we arrived - so the friendly staff member who checked us in took our bags for us - he was so lovely! Will forever stay here now - and have told family and friends in Australia who travel to LAX regularly to stay here. (This hotel is also the closest to LAX out of the other airport hotels). The Sheraton Grand Hotel offered a comfortable and convenient stay, with spacious and clean rooms that provided a relaxing atmosphere. Its proximity to the airport made it an excellent choice for travelers, and the well-equipped room facilities ensured a hassle-free experience. However, the stay could have been even better with complimentary or special-rate parking for guests, especially for Marriott Bonvoy members.

Really nice hotel with easy airport shuttle service. I arrived just as the shuttle left and only had to wait 10min for the next. Good breakfast as well (scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, waffles etc). The front desk was friendly and responsive. Refreshing night before my onward travel.
