We booked this hotel last minute as we were touring around Cornwall and came across it on Instagram. We’ve been travelling to Fowey for years and we’re surprised at the transformation the hotel has undergone not only was our room exceptionally comfortable with a stunning view of the Fowey Estuary but the food was out of this world! We enjoyed a few pre-dinner cocktails before sitting down to an outstanding meal, the chefs sent out two amuse-bouches alongside fresh bread which apparently was made by them that morning, our whole meal was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The location was ideal for us right in the heart of the town. This hotel is definitely on our re-visit list we can’t wait to come back but next time it’ll be for more than one night.

Lovely cottage in a quiet village with access to fields and walks from the cottage. Exceptionally well kitted kitchen. There is a separate toilet as well as the bathroom which proved useful. The 2 double rooms are downstairs and the twin room upstairs but separated from the living area by the stairs. The layout worked really well for us. It's possible to walk to the local pub (about 10 mins) but it's a climb coming back, although worth it! Wifi was very good. We didn't use the TV.
