The apartment was exceptional, recently renovated, clean and fresh. Great location, a couple of mins walk from the town/village centre and a couple of miles from Auchen Castle. Great communication with the Owner.

The cottage was just off the town centre so everything was within walking distance. Lovely riverside walk nearby. Plenty of places to eat out within a few minutes walk. Wi-fi was good, we chose to unload the car and park on High Street, mainly as a courtesy to residents. The parking was free and a 1 minute walk. Lots to see in the area. Annandale distillery worth a visit. Owner was helpful when we rang to arrange getting into the property and when we rang because We couldn’t get on the wi-fi but that was us, not a problem with the wi-fi🙄

Queensberry was a great place to stay, both with the experience of warm hospitality from the hosts and the many things to see in the area. We found the room very comfortable, everything laid out perfectly and with a bright bathroom. Excellent breakfast with top notch cooking. With advice form the hosts, we enjoyed sights in Moffat, including the distillery, gardens, good restaurants, and did some beautiful hikes that are close by in the hills.
