This was one of the best hotel stays I've ever experienced. The staff were so warm, friendly, and helpful. The rooms and the hotel grounds were lovely, enchanting, and very clean! The breakfast was EXCELLENT and very much worth what I paid for (in fact, this went above and beyond my expectations -- I was full from breakfast every day). My husband and I tried the afternoon tea tray as well and were very delighted with it. They have a local cat, Rosie, who was very friendly, and who greeted us when we arrived at the hotel reception area at 5am! I have been telling all my family and friends about this hotel.

As a 4-star hotel, it was really impressive. The team was super helpful, and it’s actually the first time I’ve given a full 10/10!

Clean nice smelling towels, soap and shampoo, drinking water, iron and ironing board, full kitchen and so on. Walking distance to the mall only about 5 minutes walk. I really like the cleanliness of blueCloud holidays and also the furniture and decorations are so nice clean and new. Also a lot of food and grocery choices delivered to your door by Talabat app.

I especially liked the natural light coming in through the balcony doors—it made the room feel bright and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth with security codes.
