B&B Pierre-Marie is located in the countryside in Bovekerke, within a 15-minute drive from historical Diksmuide with the Yser Tower. The garden was lovely, we had safe undercover storage for our bikes and free on site parking. Jean Pierre and Marie were excellent hosts and the dog was super friendly. A small fridge with a selection of drinks all reasonably priced in our room was replenished daily. The breakfast was amazing with so much choice and we were given homemade cakes to take on our rides. All the preserves at breakfast were homemade and we also had jam and cookies as a gift in our room. There were plenty of toiletries in the bathroom together with fresh towels everyday and bath robes.

Set inside an old convent, B&B Le Cloître St Joseph is located in Messines,. Free WiFi access is available. The B&B is 10 km from Ypres and a 30-minutes’ drive from Lille. There was not something I did not like. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had everything we could imagine. The breakfast was super extensive, and the home made 4 course menu was of such high quality that we were surprised.
