As parents we loved this place because there are lots of things to do with the child: baby pool with slides, jungle gym, playgrounds, trains, different shows. We also liked the swimming pool and the view from it. Breakfast was awesome (a huge variety of food: Chinese and western). The location was great for us because we’ve rented a car (the hotel has a free parking lot). 5 minutes walk to the beach. We loved the lady who cleaned our room every morning: she did her job brilliantly and helped us to set up the baby bed for our son.

The modern restaurant at the apartment specialises in Chinese cuisine, and is open for dinner and lunch. We arrived early from a long flight. The reception staff used translate and WeChat to communicate with us as we couldn’t speak Chinese. They stored our luggage while our room got ready and suggested we go sightseeing and would message us once our room was ready. This worked great as we went to the pineapple mall had a look around and got something to eat and within 2 hrs our room was ready.

The hotel staff is so helpful and professional that they offer you every facility for your comfort. Especially Kevin, Peter and Lukas are really qualified. Our room was terrific, the cleanliness was great, the breakfast was exceptional. We enjoyed it very much, it was a very peaceful stay.

The resort is beautiful and well-maintained. The water park and aquarium were amazing for the kids. Staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean.
