Each day we received a very useful explanation from her about the sightseeing route and suggestions, she speaks perfect English. The room is very clean and spacious, plenty of drinking water was provided. The breakfast is plentiful. The location is very good, approx. 15 minutes walking distance from the south entrance. It is very peaceful during the night, ensuring a good sleep. We had one dinner in the hotel. The quality of the food is average compared to the price charged.

The staff are friendly and helpful, especially David. My friend and I stayed in Zhangjiajie for 2 days and David gave us tips on what to do. Most importantly, David made us a tour plan in English for Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, explaining what to do/visit in one day. This is really helpful for someone who only has one day to spend in the Forest Park.

They organized everything for us and took excellent care of us. The food was exceptional. Our kids loved it!
