Amazing staff , which helped us to organize activities. Great location, right at the entrance to Beofeng lake - beautiful area, which could be seen in 2 hours including the boat ride. We did it in between other activities. Good breakfast. Free washer and dryer available on the top floor, which is very convenient.

Great stay, the room was incredibly beautiful. In the middle of the mountains and at a close enough distance to all places of interest. The stag was helpful and always available for any need. They helped me organize my tours and handled all the bookings, they also had me picked up and delivered to the train station. The restaurant is also delicious and they prepared cake for Christmas Eve which was a kin touch given I was a solo traveler far from home on Christmas. Definitely recommended and I would for sure return in the future.

From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was amazing. The staff is friendly, warm, kind and very very helpful in advising and also coordinating all the available activities. The property exceeded my expectations, it felt and looked almost unreal.

The location is amazing right next to a quiet entrance to the park, the pool and the hot tub were great after a day of exploring aswell. The staff were the highlight though, really helpful for planning an itinerary and booking tickets, even dropped us in and picked us up from the nearest town to have dinner one night. The food at the hotel is also very good, we ate dinner there the rest of the time and filled up on a great breakfast every morning before heading into the park.

Yangjiajie Scenic Area is 2.6 km from the property. The west gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest park is 400 metres from the property. Don’t look further, stay here! Near the West gate entrance. Thankfully that Lucas mentioned to us about the distance to the West gate. Our guide wanted to enter the East gate, which was an hour drive. We could use the washing machine (detergent incl) and hang the clothes of a dry rack. Paid extra for dinner and breakfast, the food were delicious. The room was spacious and clean just like the pictures.
