The staff was so helpful it was amazing!

Located just about 5mins from Tianmen mountain cable car station (line A and shuttle bus line B & C). Otherwise takes only 15mins with Didi to go directly to Tianmen parking area. Staff members are very helpful. We had booked our tickets to Tianmen cave but were late and almost missed our booked given time slot. The staff not only reminded us to get to the cable station on time but also helped us reach the station on time. Room is very spacious even for the standard room, also modern, well-maintained with very good amenities. The in-room washing machine also helps a lot. Hotel also offered both western style and chinese style breakfast to choose from and starts serving breakfast very early which helped because we booked our attraction tickets really early in the morning.

Xiaomei and her brother were incredibly nice and helpful throughout our visit. We had a tight schedule, and they went above and beyond in recommending the best ways to fit all of our plans. As an unexpected delight, Xiaomei taught us how to play Mahjong, and it was an absolute blast! The room we stayed in was wonderful, providing a cozy and comfortable space to relax after a long day of exploring. The breakfast served was not only delicious but also a perfect start to our mornings. Overall, our experience here was memorable, thanks to Xiaomei's hospitality and the exceptional quality of the accommodation. We can't wait to return!

Guests can make use of the picnic area or the year-round outdoor pool, or enjoy views of the garden and inner courtyard. We really like the location, which is perfect for visiting the National Park, as the entrance is very near and the hotel even offers free shuttle. However, what really made our stay special was the hotel stuff, especially Ming, who spoke english fluently and was very kind and helpful. He helped us buy all the tickets, provided us with maps and instructions and he even saved us when he drove us to the train station early in the morning to catch our train to Guilin. I would definitely recommend staying at the Nvue Resorts.

Yangjiajie Scenic Area is 2.6 km from the property. The west gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest park is 400 metres from the property. Even before we arrived at Whispering Mountains, we knew we were going to be looked after as Lucas and Eason checked in with us to see if we needed assistance with planning our visit to Zhangjiajie and if we needed airport transfers. Without these guys, we would not have had the trip we had. The hotel is located just a couple of minutes walk/drive away from the West Gate which was perfect because the crowds were so low. The guys went above and beyond! We had an issue with the neighbours rooster outside our window that woke us up on our first 2 nights and by our 3rd day, they had built a hut for it, further away for the hotel - that is customer service and incredibly amazing! The rooms were BEAUTIFUL and so comfortable. They were also a very big size so perfect for all our luggage. Would love to see the buzz of the place in the Summer. All in all, we would highly recommend this accommodation in Zhangjiajie. It was exactly what we needed for our trip and again a huge shout out to Lucas & Eason - you are fantastic at what you do!
