Our plane was delayed and they still picked us up with no complaints. We were given a choice of room upgrades - all rooms were very well maintained, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It is a boutique style family run cute property and very close to the airport and Tienmen mountain. Lily helped us get ALL TICKETS and gave us an excellent plan to spend not just our time at Tienmen but also the remaining days in Zhangjiajie national park. Without her we would waste so much time figuring out how and what to do.

She's more than just a host; she's the heart of this amazing place. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to feel connected, relaxed, and well taken care of.

The Nvue Resort was the best choice for our stay at the Zhangjiajie National Park. Ming and his colleague were so awesome!!!! I never experienced and employee that is so engaged and is providing such a good service. We wanted to find a hotel in a natural setting, away from the noisy tourist area but still close to the park entrance. This hotel is only 10 min from the Middle entrance so after we booked the room, the manager, Ming, messaged us to arrange to pick us up at this entrance. As English speaking travelers, it can be difficult to travel to remote locations so this was quite convenient for us. The hotel is located just a 5 minute walk from one of the other entrances which made it easy to visit the park. We loved the quiet location, close to a small village where we could watch the farmers harvest their crops. Many staff members spoke excellent English and each one of them worked hard to make sure our needs were met. They can help you book the tickets for attractions and arrange transportations to give you a easy and smooth trip. They also so patient to help you arrange tour plan according to your time,so sweet. The hotel restaurant had a good variety of menu options which were delicious and plentiful,We really enjoy the coffee here and bread and fruit, omelte and so on. I want to thank Ming, for making our stay with you so enjoyable!

The hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off service between the property and Yangjiajie Ticket Office in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. From start to finish we felt very taken care of and looked after by their staff member, Tiffany. She helped us sort taxis to and from the property, helped us book tickets to all of the local attractions and mapped out routes for each day. We are vegetarian, and she was very accommodating in helping us get meals at their restaurant, which were all delicious. The location is great. They offer a shuttle cart ride to the west gate entrance. Views were beautiful and we went in the off-season and there were almost no people.

Even before we arrived at Whispering Mountains, we knew we were going to be looked after as Lucas and Eason checked in with us to see if we needed assistance with planning our visit to Zhangjiajie and if we needed airport transfers. Without these guys, we would not have had the trip we had. The hotel is located just a couple of minutes walk/drive away from the West Gate which was perfect because the crowds were so low. The guys went above and beyond! We had an issue with the neighbours rooster outside our window that woke us up on our first 2 nights and by our 3rd day, they had built a hut for it, further away for the hotel - that is customer service and incredibly amazing! The rooms were BEAUTIFUL and so comfortable. They were also a very big size so perfect for all our luggage. Would love to see the buzz of the place in the Summer. All in all, we would highly recommend this accommodation in Zhangjiajie. It was exactly what we needed for our trip and again a huge shout out to Lucas & Eason - you are fantastic at what you do!
