Especially Anya, who does an introduction to us in souvenir store which attached to the hotel. The breakfast varieties are good and food is delicious. Worth the money and enjoying their services!

Room service is available. I enjoyed staying at Kempinski in Chengdu. Lovely hotel, great spacious, modern and clean rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was not impressed with swimming pool and spa area but I still would come back here next time. In my opinion it's one of the best hotels in the city alongside The Ritz Carlton and The Temple House.

The hotel has a terrace and city views, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the snack bar. This hotel is adorable and in a fantastic location. The staff is super helpful and even ordered us a taxi and because we didn't have our apps set up yet, they paid for our cab so we could get to a cell phone store to get service. The resturaunt is delicious with some of the best food we had on our trip. The air conditioner was ice cold and the shower water was hot. The beds were comfortable and we had great pillows. The courtyard was cozy and comfortable.
