There is also a large bar 2 minutes walk away with great sunset views. The service was excellent as well. They paid attention to details. They organized some tours for us to the indigenous. If we go back to this area this is our number one choice. We stayed at different places during our trip and this one was the best.

Have in mind if you are coming from Europe or elsewhere the 110V plugs, the place has just enough infrastructure to feel comfortable, but be mindful it’s in nature. Setting is beautiful with river and the ocean, and staff was really helpful about where to eat, helping us arrange the transport from the airport, and we were pretty demanding guests. Also there have 3 adorable kitties in the house.

Viviana y Rosario are so good with the coocking and Enyer was kind as well as Liliana (the host). When you get to the beach after a 5 minutes walk you get a maevelous view of a private beach, and on top of the rock a nice bar called Sierra, where you can enjoy an impressive sunset over the river. The breakfast was delicious and the food at Casa Origen was really good too.

At the hotel, each room has a desk. At Casa Bambú Tayrona rooms include air conditioning and a private bathroom. The place is as described! Amazing Staff, rooms and food. Also, having hot water running in the shower gets an extra point by itself, most of the other good places we visited didn't have.
