BUT we visited the hotel spa which was wonderful and really very nice ...unitil when we started to leave all my husbands belongings were taken from the locker- it just was empty, although we were almost the last very few guests there. The staff was not helpful at all and all of it was really very very strange. So it ruined our experience.

The sand on the beach was so soft and the sea so gorgeous. The apartments are excellent. Out of all the island hops....tenerife, lanzarote and fuertaventura, gran canaria had the mildest climate of all 4. ....based on the resorts we went to Gran Canaria and Anfi were excellent. Would come back to Gan Canaria and Anfi.

The room is situated in a beautiful location, quiet and relaxing, with a wonderful view from the apartment. The apartment was clean and it didn't really miss anything that we could have needed.

The suites at the Sunprime Atlantic View all have a flat-screen TV and a balcony. They are spacious and elegant, with air conditioning. Great hotel with excellent location and facilities in the south of Gran Canaria. Location: 10/10 There is a bus station 3-4 minutes away with amazing direct bus routes: airport, Las Palmas, Puerto Rico, Puerto Morgan, Palamito, etc. The location itself is extremely safe and you can reach the Dunes in 20 minutes by foot. Beside this, there are multiple shops nearby with good prices: SPAR and Dino. Gym: 9.5/10 Excellent gym, open 24/7 with good ventilation and Technogym equipment. The gym itself is pretty large for a hotel gym and everything is clean. Water, paper towels and sanitiser can be found in the gym. Towels can be found in the SPA area and not in the gym room for some reason. Pool: 10/10 Multiple pools, enough sunbeds and great bar/shop near the pool where you can buy a cocktail, coffee, sunscreen, toiletries, etc. The prices are extremely good so make sure to pay a visit on the first day. Towels and bath robes are provided by the hotel and the pools are non-swimmer and child friendly. Breakfast: 10/10 Great food selection: gluten free, vegan, protein based. It had everything you could need to create a good breakfast. There are also multiple milk options if you are lactose intolerant. Room: 9.5/10 Spacious room with good beds. There was a small kitchen and the bathroom had a great shower and good amount of toiletries. There was one thing that I didn’t like: the bathroom door was a sliding door made of frosted glass so there was not much intimacy, a door that could provide more privacy would be a great improvement. Staff: 11/10 It definitely felt like a 4 star hotel, everyone in the staff was great and they provided us extra information and we could also book trips through the hotel with direct pickup. There was always someone available and the hotel was extremely clean. Overall: 10/10 Probably the best hotel I have been in through all my trips to Spain.
