Clean, cozy vibe and good bed, swimming pool and nice restaurant. Staff are very kind and supportive. Stayed for two night with different room. And interesting was the small room was better.

We had a three day stay at this great hotel. The service delivery is exceptional, the staff go over and above to provide great service and to make you feel at home. The facilities and food options are excellent. The Kids Club is great, the kids will want to go there each day! The Rooster Fish Club is a must visit, we had a foam party and a display of owls by a bird conservation group. All in all, a great and memorable experience.

Set 3,4 km from Uluwatu Temple, our resorts are divided into two short-distance locations, Gravity Eco Boutique Hotel and Gravity Suites, which is located only 200 meters from the entrance of the main... Very beautiful place! Location is very good, rooms are even better than on pictures.

RIMBA by AYANA Bali is a 5-star accommodation with 12 outdoor pools, gym and 19 dining options. I am very impressed with all Ayana staff as they would ALWAYS put up a welcoming smile and very patience with all our requests. I was feeling very sick when I first check-in alone myself without my big group of colleagues. I was all so lost as Ayana was very huge. I informed frontdesk that I was feeling very unwell and requested them to bring me to the right lobby to retrieve my luggage and back to my room. It was my ever first hotel check-in experience in an foreign country without any family/friends with me. But their warm assistance made me felt at ease without any issue. After 2 nights stay, I was checking out the hotel and the front desk recognized me and asked if I am feeling better! I immediately felt so warm hearted as I was so sick that I could not recognize anyone that assisted me the other night when I was checking in the hotel. Will definitely be back to Rimba by Ayana again when I visit Bali ! Thank you Rimba by Ayana. :)

The accom was very super clean and relaxing. The property was very secluded and the pool was nice to swim in. The staff were very nice and helpful throughout the stay.

I really appreciate the staff for assisting us. We arrived mid night and we are really hungry, no restaurant nearby, so we just order food but we don't know how, but Im glad that their staff really went extra mile, let us borrow his gojek app so we can other foods 😍 All our request was accommodated 🥰🥰🥰 also the place is really lovely (but there is an on going construction nearby but if you're out in the day you won't notice it). Be back for sure 🥰🥰
