We were upgraded on arrival, and allowed late check out at no charge. The room is gorgeous and spacious, and the balcony- WOW. Peaceful and cozy- just perfect. The pool is amazing. The resort is brand new and it clearly shows. No spa services as of now but I was told it's planned for the future, so keep an eye out for that! The food was really great- both dinner and breakfast. I would definitely come here again for a luxurious vacation!

Unfortunately, I fell ill while I was here, but I was fortunate to be in such a good environment. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, which made a significant difference for me. I would definitely stay here again and can’t recommend it enough.
