A service experience like no other. The communication through Whatsapp was accurate and fast. We arrived to Capri by ferry, you can schedule the transporation in advance through them. There was an ambassador waiting for us to take us to our scheduled taxi service. During the stay they were extremely helpful and made sure that we were taken care of. They took care of everything at check out, luggage, transportation back to the pier and the ambassador stayed with us to make sure we took the right ferry. It was our first time at Capri and they made everything so perfect. I've been in the hospitality industry for over 17 years and Pazziella truly has one of the most amazing teams I've seen. Special thank you to Roberta and Silvia, they were outstading and the true "definition" of what hospitality means.
