Bed and sofa bed were both comfy and Matilda set us up with great local restaurant recommendations and sight-seeing ideas. Snacks and coffee were on hand to enjoy on the patio. This is not a hotel - no lobby or front desk, but Matilda was available on WhatsApp any time and super lovely and helpful!

The apartment was lovely with everything we needed and more. It was a great base to explore the Cinque Terre by train! Many in our group were very unwell and the property owners went above and beyond to assist us on a Sunday with searching out a medical clinic and pharmacy that were open and able to treat us. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return some time again in the future.

This is a really special place to stay, highly recommended!

This apartment was everything it said it would be and more! Elvira and Alain were beyond responsive and incredibly diligent in their efforts as hosts. We were constantly in contact asking questions and receiving valued, accurate feedback. We could not be more pleased with booking this apartment. If you want the proximity to Cinque Terre, but the far more convenient and economical stay (far less stairs to climb with luggage), look no further than this apartment!!! Zero regrets!

The place was clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated, with great features such as the jacuzzi. It was very spacious, and the location just outside the city centre ensured quiet and restful nights. The host was extremely nice and helpful, providing clear instructions and doing her best to make our trip as smooth as possible. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Pasini Luxury room, cozy winemakers retreat se află în Riomaggiore, la 5 minute de mers pe jos de Plaja din Riomaggiore, și pune la dispoziție camere cu aer condiționat și o terasă. The apartment was so unique. certainly more modern than other accommodations I have viewed / stayed in Riomaggiore. The host was helpful and friendly. The apartment is 4 levels so we chose to just keep our luggage on the ground floor and be strategic about how we shifted around our things. It had a nice coffee machine and pods supplied. The bathroom was large and spa bath was great for relaxing. No night time noise encountered. I saw someone left a review about parking. In my opinion parking in La spezia is a much better choice. From what we saw and heard from others parking is over double in Rio and can be tight / more risk of damaging car. La spezia train station parking was an affordable secure choice and so easy to catch the 5 min train straight to Rio.
