The hotel is a short 5 min walk to the station. Very quiet area. They have a private onsen for couples, so my husband and I tried our first onsen. Nice hot water with cold air outside. Very relaxing. Very clean hotel, modern and fresh design, polite and warm staff. Room is more spacious than usual hotels in Japan. I booked this hotel for my daughter’s birthday and requested balloons and cake. The staff were able to assist me in ordering the balloon delivery and the hotel has cakes available for purchase. I also made a dinner reservation and availed of their 5th anniversary course dinner. The food was amazing, so flavorful and pretty. They also have their own coffee blend which is very smooth. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Quick taxi ride from the Nagoya Station. Overall me and my family enjoyed our stay here and I would stay here again when I visit Nagoya. Thank you!

The room was very very clean, with great amenities such as beverages and hot chocolate. The shower is great too. The breakfast is excellent. The localization, near the station, was very helpful. Also, the free laundry facilities were great to use.

LOVE EVERYTHING! Had a perfect stay in Miyama Ouan. From the staff,food,onsen and so on. It was a long drive from Kyoto to Takayama and when the bus arrived from the last station the free shuttle for pick-up is already there waiting for us, probably due to heavy snowfall at that time, THANK YOU! the resort is just a 5-10mins walk from the station but its impossible with all the snow. All the staff are kind and accommodating, they always make sure that your stay is comfortable and pleasant. Love their Yakuta, they let you chose which design you like. The room is spacious ,clean and the view from the bath is great. the onsen is perfect with a bit of snow falling . the view from the restaurant every breakfast is unparalleled. Thank you Miyama for giving me an unforgettable winter experience. Will definitely come back again!
