The Golden Crown Hotel is a 5-star hotel located in Ampitya, Kandy, Srilanka. Very clean, modern and stylish hotel with an amazing refreshing yet subtle scent all over. Nice swimming pool with a view on the mountain and the buffet at the restaurant has something for everyone. The staff is the highlight of this place. Kaveesha was very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. She's always available to answer my questions and share recommendations. By the end of my stay, I just wish I'd have planned to stay more

Misty Clouds Homestay was one of the best stays I experienced during my trip to Sri Lanka. The host family - Yasundara, Darshana, and their children - made sure our stay was a memorable one. They were generous enough to accommodate our additional requests. Great clean rooms, good breakfast, and a great location, close to the city center. Easily reachable by walk or by auto/tuktuk(uber or pickme). I planned to stay here for a day and ended up extending my stay by 2 days. I would definitely recommend this stay for travelers looking for a pleasant experience at a great location and not expecting anything fancy in Kandy.

Breakfast was good but I’d recommend you make it more fun It was our best stay in sri lanka so far, staffs were so good and the manager is a decent man We loved the waterfall activity arranged by hotel, Will definitely come again if ever visited Kandy thank you for making our vacation extra special
