The accommodation features a concierge service, a tour desk and currency exchange for guests. My stay at Las Palmas was lovely and the property is stunning! The staff (Kim, Pamela and the waiting team) had a very strong attention to detail and made sure guests were welcomed. Rooms were beautifully styled and very comfy. I loved the pool and vibe of the place and was a great place to relax. Breakfast was also very good with lots of choice. The location of the hotel is very good with lots of cafes and dining options in walking distance and is away from the noise of the main General Luna area. Cloud 9 is 5 mins away by tuktuk or bike. One small thing to improve might be having thicker blinds or curtains in the room as it gets light very early at 5.30am and there was a top window that lets in all the light. The hotel does kindly provide eye masks, but it could do with some extra blackout so you're not disturbed so early.

The rooms (especially the deluxe room) is worth every penny. Everything is clean and decorated with love. I spent 7 days at Punta Punta and it was the most beautiful stay during my 5 week trip. Besides the incredibly delicious breakfast (bowl, buritto, fruits etc.) at a super fair price, the two owners made your stay unforgettable. In the evening you can make yourself comfortable with food (you can also order yourself) and end the day with a beer or cocktail. Upon arrival, a scooter is organized and even brought to the accommodation, if possible. it’s only a five minute ride to the city, so everything is super close. Also otherwise, they make an incredible effort to help you in all matters. If you want to make a tour, they organize everything and pick you up at your accommodation. If you want to make an excursion yourself, they give you lots of tips on what to do. For surfing Eze takes you to very nice spots where you can surf almost alone. If you need a surf guide, two friends of the two are available. Gina offers Pilatis courses, which are held on site. Should you want to end the day with a massage, this can also be taken in the accommodation. I came as a guest and it ended up feeling like family. Almost all guests want to extend their stay, so book an extra night right from the start, you won't regret it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kalipay Resort. The staff are incredible. They are all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful with information and tips. They made us feel like family right from our arrival. Big thanks to Totong, John John, Ruel around the grounds and security, and Jen and Jian in the office. We were lucky enough to meet James, the owner. A great guy with tons of knowledge and very friendly to chat or answer our many questions. The property is beautiful and extremely well maintained. We especially loved the deep swimming pool and took advantage of the cool water temp every day. Our room was very spacious and immaculately clean. It was very well appointed with coffee maker, coffee and a kettle. Loved the nice big 5 gallon jug of fresh water on the counter. This is a very NICE to have! The bed was fantastic - including the great pillows (I am super pillow picky) linens and fresh smelling towels. Cleaned lovingly with a fine tooth comb every day... it will be very hard to adjust back to normal life after our experience here! LOVED the big bathroom and amazing shower! BTW whatever magic potions they use to make the rooms smell absolutely wonderful, we want!!! How nice to come HOME to a beautiful, clean, cool, suite that smells like heaven after a long day of LAND TOURS in the heat and humidity. We practically emptied our stocked minibar nearly every day. Prices were very fair and we got addicted to some of the yummy local snacks. (Jen said we set a record for the largest mini-bar tab ever? I have to think the Kiwi and Aussie next door during our stay won?). The wifi was a bit spotty but it is the same all over the island. They have two systems to counter each if there are issues. We loved the location and proximity to local cafes, restaurants, and shops. There are many convenience stores across the island and one just a minutes walk from the resort. We look forward to our next visit to our Siargao "home away from home".

The 4-star homestay features garden views and is 2.6 km from Malinao Beach. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. John was so accommodating and really made us feel welcome in siargao! It was so nice to have the comfort of a home at the end of our travels. John sorted us out with a motorbike too all extremely seamless 🙏🏼🙏🏼 couldn’t recommend enough for a long or short stay ! The property was located in a very safe place, with access to shops and restaurants all around so a prime location.

It’s a great value when need a place to spend the night and get a lot of errands done in dapa. Manager of property was on point, friendly and so helpful when I forgot my keys he was 1 second away.
