I loved how spacious the rooms were and the bed was very comfortable and had enough room. The service is very well and timely. The staff is so great and always great you on elevator or corridors and even they deliver food one has ordered they will show an interest in you as a person. Even when you go for the buffet they will talk with you as they lead you to your table instead of just walking you to your table with total silence. Man the reception is so great and I’d definitely be staying here when I go to the Philippines again. The hotel is super clean and when we came back from activities after a long day it was refreshing to arrive to a sparkling clean room.

Henann Premier Coast Resort se află în Panglao, la câțiva pași de Plaja Alona și la 12 km de Peștera Hinagdanan, și oferă cazare de 5 stele. The STAFF was actually the heart of that property. They are very welcoming and smiling every single time you meet them. Especially the ones in the breakfast buffet and the sky pool bar. LOCATION of the property was also super perfect, away from the crowd but still close enough to all the bars and restaurants along Alona beach.

The Reef Island Resort Mactan, Cebu has a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar. With free WiFi, this 4.5-star hotel offers a private beach area. We came for a short stop with the family - the place is great - pool, playing grounds for kids, games room , spa etc. What I really appreciated was the friendliness and kindness of the stuff - everyone was just great. Particularly, when I suddenly needed some medical intervention - priceless. They organized immediately the transport, called the hospital, checked several times back if ok. Amazing!
