My driver from the airport dropped me at the back rather than the front of the property by the F&B and I was approached by 2 local men who tried to 'helpfully' take my case and for the first time ever in Saudi felt very uncomfortable - I reported this to the staff when I checked in who immediately sent a team member to investigate and upgraded my room by way of an apology.

The hotel was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is also very convenient. Most importantly, the front desk manager, Mr. Mohammed Al-Shammari, was exceptionally polite, respectful, and helpful. His professionalism and support made a real difference and left a very positive impression.
