From
United StatesThe staff is extremely courteous. The downside was the extra charge for breakfast. I booked through Booking, and it stated that breakfast was included. In the end, I had to pay an additional approximately $400 per day for breakfast and full board, which came with many limitations.

NOTHING - My stay at JW Marriott Cancun was marred by a significant overcharge and poor customer service, showing they only care about your money once you’ve paid.
