We were thoroughly pleased with the amenities and service overall. The cleanliness was good—definitely acceptable and up to standard, even if it wasn't absolutely flawless. The rooms were very comfortable, making our stay truly relaxing. After dealing with cramped hotel bathrooms so often, the spaciousness and comfort of this bathroom felt refreshing and made a difference. The breakfast was fantastic in terms of food quality and variety. However, considering breakfast is the start of the day, we would have specifically liked the breakfast staff to be a bit more cheerful and friendly. This was a small expectation that wasn't fully met. On a high note, the rest of the hotel staff was excellent—everyone was friendly and very helpful. Overall, we had a great experience!
