The best attribute of this unit is it's location, it's within 5 minutes to several subway stations and it's super easy to get to anywhere in Madrid. You can also walk to many nearby sights (Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Royal palace...). Balcony and view is also nice. Very nice neighbourhood with many bars and restaurants. Overall score is based mainly on location, if you don't mind the other things then I would highly recommend.

Staff changed our rooms a couple of times as our beds were full of people not registered in the system, and they really tried their bests

Everything is just a bit off and a step (or 2) below 5 stars. The location was only OK. A really good neighborhood (around the corner from the Four Seasons and the JW Marriott), but on a small urine-soaked street with several bars with really loud patrons. The lobby was nice, but not great. The room was nice, but not great - and certainly not worth what we paid for it. The staff was mostly nice, but except for the bellhops (who were great), overall the service was average. The gym was nice. We did not try the food.

The personal was very kind and helpful, which contributed strongly to make my stay an amazing one. The apartment was clean, very functional and well equipped. It was therefore a perfect well-located hub for my week of work in Madrid.

Check in was easy. They sent us register code with what’s app. Pictures were all real, the place was clean.

We stayed in a few hotels in Madrid and this was the best. We will come here again... loved it!

Property was good as 3 star hotel, with perfect location and nice clean bedroom, Lobby etc. Staff were very humble and cooperative. All 5 star hotels were next door such as JW Marriott, Four Seasons etc and all land mark locations and party streets are on walking distance.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The location is by far the best attribute, centrally located which allowed us to walk everywhere. Our room was spacious and had a mini refrigerator, that allowed us to store drinks and snacks in the room!
