The hotel is clean and located in a quiet area. The pool is very big and the staff are generally helpful except for one female receptionist who served us the first time could be more friendlier.

Nestled on the banks of the South China Sea, Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Hotel offers spacious accommodation with direct access to AsiaWorld-Expo. The hotel receptionist was very pleasant and efficient. Easy check in, and check out. The carpet in the floor was a bit thick that made rolling a suitcase a bit hard. The room was perfect, clean, highly maintained, temperature control, lots of electricity sockets, cable TV, and room service was swift and on time. The hotel coach was very helpful (if you know how to find its location. Instructions given on this matter were not the clearest nor helpful).

The hotel room was amazing! Everything was clean, modern and well designed. Facilities are perfect. Great location too, next to the southern beaches of Hong Kong Islands, next to Ocean park and the Metro station.

Located in Western District, Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong overlooks the beautiful Victoria Harbour. Ronald Lau was unbelievably helpful to us. He lent us HK$ when we didn’t have sufficient funds to pay the cab from the cruise dock. He made sure that we got on the right bus to the airport. Ronald is an excellent ambassador for Marriott.
