Sehr schönes, traditionelles Hotel. Zimmer, die gesamte Anlage, die Pools, der Strand haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Service war ausgezeichnet. Wir werden wiederkommen.

The pools are very nice with varying depths, with about 5-6 different pools for different people like kids pool with 0.5m depth, huge general adult pool, shallower pool with 1.4m depth, infinity pool with loud music for party people, another adults only pool which we didn't use, kids pool with water showers, sprays and water slides. The resort provides by default two room cards (a small detail many hotels often miss), another small detail is that the resort offers plenty of free bottled water so we never had to buy any, the location is very good, you have right across the street ATM, exchange, convenience store (7/11), massage parlor, bars, across the other street there is the beach which although public, the resort offers towels to take to the beach. In 15 minutes walking distance you have big shopping malls, the famous Bangla resort, and a whole load of other shops and places. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. There are various free things you can do to kill some time like a ping-pong table, snooker table, pool table and a very nice and well equipped kids play center with various activities during the day for the children. The resort offers a lot of things that help you keep your luggage light like pool and beach towels, toothbrushes, quality shampoo and shower gel (not those tiny bottles but large ones), hair dryer, clothes iron, bath robes, bath slippers. The breakfast buffet is very diverse offering many sweet and salty dishes, including children oriented dishes like porridge, pudding and finger food, there are also different food station cooking fresh pancakes, noodles, Arabic food, omelets/eggs.

Das Phuket Marriott Resort and Spa, Nai Yang Beach bietet ruhige, abgeschiedene Unterkünfte in Gehweite zum Hauptstrand von Nai Yang. Wunderschön angelegte Anlage mit vielen schönen Bäumen und Pflanzen. Alles sehr gepflegt und schön eingerichtet. Die Anlage wird ständig gepflegt und renoviert sieht aus wie neu. Top eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr bequemes Bett. Sehr freundliche und äusserts hilfreiche Mitarbeiter. Tolle Pool Anlage mit schöner Aussicht aufs Meer. Immer genügend Liegen vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich das beste das ich je gesehen habe, unglaublich was die alles bieten, absolut TOP. Am Strand hat es in geh nähe 3 Restaurants. Flugzeuge sieht man starten und landen, aber keine Lärmbelästigung. Baden im Meer ist fast nicht möglich, extreme Ebbe. Da wir in der Hauptsaison und auch noch kurzfristig gebucht haben, war der Preis recht hoch. Ich würde aber jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

It’s so wonderful to have met such a beautiful soul in the heart of Phuket Island. Upon check-in, we already knew that we would be in excellent hands. Oy did a sensational job in arranging all of our accommodations including our hotel stay, hotel to airport transportation and especially our elephant experience. Her level of professionalism far exceeds typical customer care. She treated each and every one of us like her family. She literally made it her mission to guarantee us having the most amazing time in Thailand. I have traveled to many places, and I haven’t yet met a concierge staff that can match Oy’s standards. She really is the personification of customer service. Her level of care is second to none as she single-handedly made sure my family had the best Thai experience.
