We were warmly welcomed by Paul, General Manager from the hotel. The hotel is a beautifully renovated old building- super stylish and a little quirky. Loved the color scheme! Very comfortable beds, especially loved the headboard, the crisp sheets and the nice bathroom. There is a cafe in the lobby with very good coffee and excellent, high quality pastries. Perfect location!

The hotel was nice, clean and in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere that we wanted to go. I loved the hot apple cider in the lobby in the evening. The staff were super friendly and helpful with suggestions for things to do and directions. The customer service was some of the best I’ve had at a hotel and I travel quite a bit.

The hotel offers room service. I loved that it was clean and well kept. The staff was helpful and friendly. There was a restaurant and also full service coffee shop on site. The location along the river gave a great view from our room. I also appreciated how the staff quickly corrected a situation with our room that was a misrepresentation on booking.coms end.

Staff was extremely friendly and nice. Rooms were awesome, it was like a tiny studio apartment. Beds were super comfy and the shower was really nice and had consistent hot water. And they let me have my doggy with me :)
