I loved the decor, from the carpet to the cushions to the overall ambience, which was relaxing and welcoming when I entered. The bathroom and shower were high class and gave the impression that much thought had been given to creating a compact but very useable experience while taking a shower and using toilet facilities.

I accidentally booked the wrong room, it was a little difficult to understand. I booked a studio, which is a single room ensuite in all reality. I wanted a two bed apartment. It was clean though, hotel right next door with decent restaurant, coffee etc. Staff were friendly.

The hotel was lovely, staff were friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect. It's very quiet, but restaurants and bars are nearby and it's a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Our room was spacious and had a view of the castle. Breakfast was good, having the option of a buffet or ordering off the menu, and we managed to get free parking at the hotel. Great value for money for the luxury and service received. The rooftop bar was stunning.
