The floor is laminate so easy to keep from getting sandy/wet. The distance to the beach is super, and the front staff were very helpful with answering questions. We forgot some clothing in the bathroom on the hook behind the door and when we checked out we first went for a walk to the beach. When we came back to get the car they were looking out for us and gave us the clothing that they had found! Super service!!!!

We loved the delicious pastries and fresh fruit provided free each morning. The coffee and OJ certainly got us ready to enjoy the day. We also used the microwave to warm up food. The staff was so pleasant and the facility grounds and flowers were well maintained. Our room had an unobstructed view of the ocean and the rocking chairs on the balcony were so comfortable and relaxing. The mattresses were comfortable, plenty of hot water for showers, and the mini-fridge kept our food and drinks cold. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in #308 at the Adams Ocean Front Resort and will be planning another stay in the future!!

Free off-street parking. The motel is clean and centrally located, just two blocks to the beach, one block to the main street shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again.

The hotel is split into 2 locations, the Avenue and Avenue 2. The Avenue is the hotel with the restsurant, spa, indoor pool etc. The Avenue 2 is around 12 rooms Motel style above a bar who plays loud music til 1am about a quarter mile from the main place. You can use all the facilities in the main place but you are not part of it. The beds in these rooms are also very hard and the covers are rough and coarse.JJonFamily with young children

Otherwise it is beyond old and outdated with cracks and bangs on everything in the room. The ice machine was nice to full up a cooler. The location was great. Parking was free and easy.TeresaGroup
