the experience with Fran Cove Motel was a pleasant one, the host Ali is great, the pool is clean, the room I stayed in was spacious, clean and with a pleasant smell, I had a pleasant stay. I highly recommend :)

Beautiful Grounds. Didn’t use the pool but went to check it out of coarse and it was clean & people seemed to be enjoying it. Did a walk through parking lot n down dirt road to the other cabins & it was nice. The area is is shaded by trees n has some grills n swing set. My cabin was the first on over the bridge up the steps. Cozy n Cute!!! Yes there are bugs but you are in the woods so should be expected!! Nice to just sit on porch and watch the wildlife, even saw a Fox by the bridge one night.

Just such a unique property! Worth the extra drive from Lake Placid, so much thought was put into all of the details, including the welcome bag and amenities. I loved the fully stocked kitchen, hot tub, Netflix, bathroom, bed, literally everything. Would definitely return to this or another of your properties.

Outdoor area was very nice, corn hole boards were super fun and the pool was large and fun too. Owner was super kind and treats all his guests like family. The vibe was fun, it reminded me of the motels we would stay at when I was a kid, and everyone made friends with other hotel guests :)
