Staff was helpful and even accommodated my last minute request for the room. And then they called me to make sure it was good enough. I liked the beach theme to the construction but still modernized. It's really the best beach hotel in that area I've been to. Breakfast, like all Novotels was very large. Food overall good.

Sam and the beach boys were great at organising beach volleyball, kayaking and other activities for everyone. Our 13 year old son loved this so much. ALL staff were polite, professional and friendly. The location is simply stunning and the restaurant has one of the best views I have ever seen. The rooms were clean, neat and modern.The breakfast was very good indeed.
