Ens va agradar molt tot. Vaig anar amb els meus amics el 17 de desembre de 2023 i ens va encantar l'hotel. És un lloc ideal per a relaxar-te i descansar. El personal de l'hotel és molt i detallista. Nosaltres vam arribar 1 hora més tard del que vam avisar, per un retard del vol, i quan vam arribar ens estaven esperant. Encara que no dominis l'idioma, ells fan l'esforç necessari per a comunicar-se amb tu i que puguis entendre-ho tot, com totes les instal·lacions de l'hotel. Els voltants són molt tranquils i rurals, ho recomano tant per a turistes internacionals com nacionals del Japó. Durant l'esmorzar fins i tot ens van donar recomanacions de combinacions que podien estar bones. Vam provar els consells que ens van donar i ens van encantar. Les habitacions són molt grans i còmodes, i es noten que estan molt netes. Les aigües termals són ideals i l'hotel té, fins i tot, zona de joc per a nens. Dins de l'hotel també tenen una botiga de records molt variada, em va agradar molt la zona dedicada a Zombieland Saga. Definitivament sempre que pugui tornaré a anar.
