The rooms were spacious and clean, staff super helpful and the crab dinner meal was incredible with so much to choose from! Onsens were great and we loved the outdoor areas too - would definitely recommend anyone coming in Noboribetsu to stay here!

Very traditional hotel but well maintained. Restaurant was always busy but they managed to clean and refill food timely and nicely. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Was a lovely surprise to see them farewell guests at the driveway with flag waving, felt warm.

Excellent service. Property is sparking clean. The hotel has a souvenir shop on site. Onsen is fantastic, especially the open air onsen. Breakfast is very good. The hotel is just few minutes away from the bus terminal. There is a convenient store across from the hotel. Very convenient. I would stay there again.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom however, was too small for our liking. The in-house onsen was great and we enjoyed using it. The hotel is just a few minutes away from restaurants and convenience stores and from the famous "hell valley". We also had access to the grand bath house from the neighbor hotel which was great.
