The breakfast and dinner were excellent! the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and took the time to explain everything. There’s also a 24 hour coffee station overlooking Lake Chuzenji and a free shuttle once a day to the train station. I want to go back to Nikko just to stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The weather was not good and I could enjoy an onsen with a sulphur bath. I was the only one in the onsen, so from public it became private. Before I had a cup of tea in my room and could try to wear traditional yukata.

The ubication it's perfect, have an amazing lake views and a near bus stop. There's a lot of activities inside the hotel such as board games, library with plenty af manga, hammock and ping pong space, onsen, etc. We came back and booked one more night 🌙! If we didn't have school for sure we would have book 2 more nights... Breakfast was very delicious.
