Our ladies’ skiing trip to Hakuba was made truly unforgettable thanks to this wonderful hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. A very special thank you to Monica and Keito, whose hospitality went far beyond expectations. Their personal touch, kindness, and attention to every detail made us feel not just like guests, but like friends. They were always ready to help, recommend, and make sure everything was perfect for us. The kitchen deserves a praise as well — every meal was delicious and the perfect way to refuel after long days on the slopes. And ending each ski day by relaxing in the onsen was pure bliss. It was exactly what we needed to unwind and recharge. This hotel offers not only comfort and quality, but warmth and heart — something you cannot easily find. We are already looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hakuba!

The staff are super helpful. Sakura san picked us up from the station. Anis was always helping us to book the restaurant, go to the onsen, and so an. The hotel is close to the Goryu snow resort and we had a great experience.

Hakuba Tokyu Hotel is an 8-minute drive from JR Hakuba Station and a 3-minute drive from Happo-One Bus Terminal. A free 2-way shuttle to both destinations is provided upon prior reservation.

We are happy with our stay even just 1 night, the one in receptionist, I’m sorry I forgot his name, but his english is excellent (which is rare to find) he’s very helpful and kind. The hotel arranged our shuttle to bus station even we noticed them in a short time. Best service ever!!! Thank you so much🙏

Everything was great: the facilities were excellent, and Max is the best host. He gave me several rides around the village, always helpful and attentive. It was a fantastic stay, and the onsen is perfect for relaxing. Thank you so much for everything!

The Onsen was a perfect way to end a day of skiing the beds were comfy and everything was perfect. Prime location, it's far enough from the main ski resorts that you don't have to deal with the hustle and bustle of hakuba but close enough to where the drive isn't bad!

The staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast and Dinners were amazing. The traditional Japanese accomodation and food were perfect for me. Great facilities to store and dry your ski equipment on site. They even have clown fish in an aquarium in the lobby!

Hotel St. Malte provides a hot spring bath and free private parking, and is within 13 km of Tsugaike Kogen Ski Area and 39 km of Nagano Station.

Great place to stay in Hakuba ! Well-situated just minutes from the lifts at Goryu with other resorts easily accessible with free shuttle buses. Rooms are spacious and a hearty breakfast is available before you head out to hit the slopes. Marcos and the team went above to help with our enquiries and to ensure we had a seamless trip to Hakuba. Would highly recommend Hotel St Malte to anyone looking for a homely place to stay in Hakuba.

The onsen was beautiful, the massage chairs and the owner is an incredible cook the hot pot was delicious. The little touches like a hot water urn in our room, and cold water jug, little mini fridge. Such a lovely team running it
