Nastanitev Onyado Shikishima-kan je v mestu Kotohira, 32 km od znamenitosti Kitahamaebisu Shrine in 40 km od znamenitosti Liminal Air-core Takamatsu, ter nudi skupni prostor za druženje, brezplačen... The inn was so beautiful and many wonderful qualities. It's location is in the middle of a lively street full of shops and restaurants and a close (though uphill) walk to a temple. The in-room amenities were wonderful: whole coffee beans, a grinder, a coffee pot and cups, a separate teapot and teacups, pajamas, robes, and any necessary toiletries. The provided breakfast and dinner was delicious, traditional Japanese fare with English menus to explain the nightly courses (though I'd still suggest having a translator app). Last, but certainly not least: the baths were incredible. I appreciate that the private baths did not need a reservation and were all themed differently. So relaxing!! All my worries melted away here.

Located in Kasuga, 26 km from Takamatsu, Asan Kotonami features a terrace and views of the mountain. The ryokan has a hot spring bath and sauna, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a room with beautiful view to green mountains it was very nice. The room had big and comfortable bed. We could leave the window opened for the night so fresh forest air come in. The bathroom and the toilet were well equipped and luxury. I highly recommend to reserve for a dinner, it was very delicious and contained wide range of fresh Japanese ingredients. The breakfast was also fine. The onsen is located at a peaceful place in the forest looking to a spring and a small waterfall. We reserved a private bath, it was great too. It was a pleasant stay 😊

A 15-minute walk from JR Kotohira Station, Kotohira Kadan offers natural hot spring baths and spacious Japanese-style rooms, some with a private outdoor hot spring bath. Lovely room with a great view of the garden and distant mountains. The private bath on our balcony was excellent plus there was another bath that could be booked for private use with a view of the forest, free of charge. We had 2 kaiseki dinners which were delicious. There was plenty of food but the portions were more manageable than some similar hotels. The tempura was the best we've ever had! Staff were very friendly. You can walk to Kompira-san via a direct route from behind the property. There was a hotel shuttle bus to the station.

Set in Takamatsu, 12 km from Sunport Takamatsu, THE CHELSEA BREATH offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a shared lounge and a garden. Loved the hotel so much we asked to stay another night. Rooms are lovely. Drinks and snacks were available in the lounge and the food in the restaurant was very good.

Old-school resort hotel with retro bubble era elegance and classic hospitality. Shuttle bus toAngel Road and various ports available with advance reservation. Loved the yukata corner and gift shop. Great onsen and spacious room with outstanding views.

A 5-minute walk from JR Kotohira Train Station, Kotosankaku Hiten provides Japanese rooms with traditional futon beds and Konpira Mountain views. Most incredible amazing meal ever! Absolutely stellar dinner and breakfast was awesome. The hotel itself is old but there is so much character to it. Highlight of the trip for sure

Nastanitev Hotel O Setouchi ホテルオー瀬戸内 se nahaja v mestu Kanonji in ponuja teraso. Hotel s 4 zvezdicami nudi vrt ter sobe s klimatsko napravo, z brezplačnim WiFi in z zasebno kopalnico. The free ticket to use the onsen opposite of the hotel is excellent.
