Staff were very friendly and can speak English. Check in and check out was quick. Room was very spacious for a couple, definitely try on the Yukata that's also included in the room!

I’ve got the room with the private onsen and Mt. Fuji view and it was totally worth it. The food at the buffet is delicious. I will come back for sure.

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. We went on our honeymoon for 1 night - it would be more! All of our expectations were exceeded. The room (we stayed in one of the villas) was impeccable, the service was perfect, and the food was wonderful — the kaiseki dinner is absolutely worth it, and the breakfast is very good as well. A truly memorable experience!
