Hotel was beautiful especially in falling snow. The outdoor onsen had just the right feel, good water, great vista view and an intimate setting. Service was impeccable, we were well taken care of, dinner was amazing. Its one of those ryokans that you can space out for a long time.

I am very impressed in their hospitality and professional , I have already received the cloths 2 days later. Recommended this onsen !

I was especially grateful for the special shuttle arrangement made for me by the helpful staff after a huge JR signal problem caused hours of delay and cancellation of numerous trains.
