The location and facility of ReLabo is great, and staff here are really helpful and warm. Public transportation during winter in Aomori could be challenging for visitors, and you can always get help from the hotel. I would like to express thanks for all the helpful staff, especially Araki (not entirely sure I spell the name right, she is a lovely girl with curly hair and glasses, speak perfect English), who helped us book a taxi in a very urgent situation. Thank you so much!

The property is facing a beautiful lake and it’s a relaxing setting for those busy people coming to decompress there. They have outdoor and indoor, private Onsen ofurô, and the room was wide and spacious, including areas such as bathroom and shower, with separation of spaces, providing privacy. The eating/working room was across from the room which allowed my husband to read and check emails without distractions. All in all it’s a well thought space setting. Kudos to the architect.

This place is an absolute gem. The staff, food, location and room were all exceptional. I would recommend this ryokan to anyone wanting an exceptional ryokan experience. The onsen was also fantastic and the warmest one we came across in our month in Japan.

Amazing history and gardens. Rooms were enormous, with open views of the beach and with a cedar bathtub fed by hot springs in the room.

Really enjoyable stay with free flow of craft beers, cocktails, wines and sake. Well organised check in and briefing by friendly staffs who helped to moved luggage up to second floor. Very delicious Kaiseki Dinner and fantastic breakfast with well prepared beef steak...

מקום האירוח Yuze Hotel שוכן ברובע Yuze Onsen בKazuno, במרחק של 38 ק''מ מאתר הסקי אפי קוגן. This place! I cannot describe how amazing the room with private onsen is. Super spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view to the mountains. Breakfast and dinner were delicious (buffet style), enough vegetarian options. There's a free drink bar available for the afternoon/evening hours as well. I didn't use the public bath because they don't allow visible tattoo's though.

Featuring free WiFi and a restaurant, Okawaso offers accommodation in Aizuwakamatsu, 13 km from Aizu Higashiyama Onsen. Each room at this ryokan is air conditioned and comes with a TV. We had an incredible stay here: the ryokan is impressive (especially the arrival with the person playing the shamisen), very beautiful, the food excellent and adaptable (we took vegetarian meals), the establishment is child-friendly (e.g. yukata at their sizes, arrival kits, high chairs and adapted cutlery), the room is magnificent and very suitable for a family. A bookable shuttle service is in place and works very well, allowing us to leave and arrive from Aizu Wakamatsu station. We also reserved the outdoor bath for private use: incredible! The staff is adorable and helpful: thank you very much!

Tokinenoyado Yunushi Ichijoh is situated in the Kamasaki Onsen district in Shiroishi, a 15-minute drive from Shiroishi Station and Shiroishi-Zao Station. The hospitality of the staff, they are so nice and welcoming.

מקום האירוח 田沢湖水沢温泉郷セルリアンリゾートAoni ממוקם בSenboku, במרחק של 7.9 ק''מ ממעיין חם ניוטו, וכולל גישה מהדלת אל אתר הסקי, חדרים ללא עישון ואינטרנט אלחוטי בחינם. המקום הכי טוב ששהינו בו ביפן, אונסן מדהים ברמה גבוהה. ארוחות בוקר וערב התחשבות בצרכינו מבחינה תזונתית (עדכנו מראש והתאימו את הארוחות עבורנו) כל כך נהנינו שרצינו להאריך בשני לילות נוספים, אך לצערנו המקום כבר היה מלא. קרוב מאוד לאתר הסקי Tawazako. חדר רחצה מרווח. חשיבה על הפרטים הקטנים! נוף מדהים. בטוח נחזור לשם כשנחזור לאקיטה!
