Dormy Inn Aomori Natural Hot Spring ligger i Aomori, 6 kilometer fra Sannai-Maruyama historiske sted og 43 kilometer fra Tsuta varme kilde. Absolutely loved the public bath on the rooftop. It was so refreshing to have part of it outside and an actual ice cold bath. Cute to have the peepholes with shutters so you could look outside while no one could look inside. The inside bath made my skin supersmooth. Nice dry sauna. Cool idea to have shower baskets with shampoo and conditioner for specific hairtypes to choose from. There was also a magnificent massage chair 👌 the extras like ice cream and free ramen were also appreciated. Loved how they decorated it with traditional Aomori Nebuta made by a local famous artist. They had tourist information on their tv which was really helpful. Room was small but everything was there, even space to hang your clothes to dry after washing them for free. Breakfast was abundant and well taken care of with a lot of diversity. Staff were all very helpful and kind. The apple juice was delicious ❤️ This hotel is worth going to Aomori for!

Very beautiful new hotel with perfect location located at Aomori station , the staff are sooo nice and friendly especially “ Alicia “ , she helped me to explore Aomori prefecture and she provided me with maps , buses and train timetable and procedures in English language. I like the complementary admission to blue room and also the very relaxing private onsen, my room also very beautiful with new modern furniture. Thanks for making my stay unforgettable

Kashintei Shirahama ligger i Senboku, bare 15 kilometer fra Varme kilder i Nyuto og 49 kilometer fra Morioka stasjon. Everyone is friendly including the frontdesk grandma, uncle and young staff! Despite not fluent in English, exceptional service and top notch! Big and quiet room! The dinner and breakfast were amazing!!! Delicious and exquisite them! Walking distance to the lake was amazing! The bus stop for the lake tour was near about 5-10mins walk from it! They have a service bus to bring u back to the station in the am too! Everything was perfect! Even the morning snow from the windows were beautiful!

Historical Ryokan SENYUKAN har en beleilig beliggenhet i Owani Onsen i Ōwani, 43 kilometer fra Sannai-Maruyama historiske sted, 17 kilometer fra Hirosaki slott og 42 kilometer fra Sukayu Onsen. This place is an absolute gem. The staff, food, location and room were all exceptional. I would recommend this ryokan to anyone wanting an exceptional ryokan experience. The onsen was also fantastic and the warmest one we came across in our month in Japan.

I Tsuruoka, 3,5 kilometer fra Kamo Aquarium, ligger Kameya Hotel, som har en hage og gratis privat parkering. Amazing history and gardens. Rooms were enormous, with open views of the beach and with a cedar bathtub fed by hot springs in the room.

I Tendō, 30 kilometer fra Zao Hotsprings Skianlegg, ligger Ichiraku tendo spa & brewery, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering, en fellesstue og en terrasse. Cool concept with the brewery onsen combo, tasty beer, personal service, delicious and varied dinner and breakfast. Had a small yukata for baby as well! Great stay

Yuze Hotel ligger i Yuze Onsen i Kazuno. Dette 4-stjerners ryokanet har en fellesstue i tillegg til rom med klimaanlegg, gratis WiFi og eget bad. Beautiful location with outdoor onsen right above the river. The staff was incredibly hospitable and kind, in a very genuine way. I just really enjoyed the place and recommend it.

Featuring free WiFi and a restaurant, Okawaso offers accommodation in Aizuwakamatsu, 13 km from Aizu Higashiyama Onsen. Each room at this ryokan is air conditioned and comes with a TV. We wanted to visit the so-called Demon Slayer castle hotel. It’s out of the way so we rented a car rather than take transit. The drive itself was four hours from Tokyo. From the parking lot staff, to front desk, housekeeping and everyone there… the staff were all amazingly kind and patient. Not everyone speaks English, but there are a few. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very ryokan style (tatami) and the onsen was super clean. We had Kaiseki dinner and it was quite the experience. Food was delicious at dinner and the buffet lunch was traditionally Japanese. The stand out for us was the AIZU yogurt and AIZU maple syrup made from local chestnut trees. If anyone at Ookawaso reads this, please accept our thank you. You were all wonderful and we hope to visit from Canada again someday. Thank you for your patience with my eight year old son and our horrible Japanese.

Tokinenoyado Yunushi Ichijoh is situated in the Kamasaki Onsen district in Shiroishi, a 15-minute drive from Shiroishi Station and Shiroishi-Zao Station. Where to begin? The room was excellent in size and had a nice feeling to it. The onsen was close by. The staff was so kind and service minded. The whole experience with dinner and breakfast was exceptional, especially the staff member whom served us with excellent English. Just the whole experience was quite wonderful.

I Senboku, bare 7,9 kilometer fra Varme kilder i Nyuto og 10 kilometer fra Tazawako stasjon ligger 田沢湖水沢温泉郷セルリアンリゾートAoni. Everything about the stay and accomodation is great! Staff were well trained, polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and they provide free shuttle service to the ski resort. There is even a facilities for kids playroom and table tennis for free. Breakfast and dinner provided were of great quality and delicious. Definitely recommended for stay here!
