This place is even better than the photos. The hosts are really attentive. The place has full facilities. The bed is wonderful, the bathroom is really clean. Everything smells really well. No doubt, It has been the best "house hotel" where we have been hosted.

The hotel was very clean, very spacious, and looked super new and renovated. You can park in the hotel parking lot for 5 euros per night but we also found parking around the hotel with the help of the parkster app easily.

Beautiful area, friendly hostess, good breakfast with a nice variety of everything. The room was spacious, and the view from the balcony was amazing! We had dinner at a fantastic restaurant only 4 minutes away by car, Zenz'n Stub'n, if you stay at Haus Helene don't miss this restaurant!

We stopped at Hotel Patrix for just one night on our way home, and it turned out to be a real highlight of the trip. The owners were incredibly warm and friendly, genuinely caring about their guests — little touches like a welcome chocolate showed how much thought goes into the experience. Every detail, from the hotel itself to our room, felt tuned to perfection: modern, beautifully decorated, and well suited for visitors, with a lovely sauna to unwind in after a day of travel. We left feeling sad to go after just one night. If we're ever back in the Salzburg lakes area, we'll definitely be staying here again.

A beautiful family owned hotel with restaurant and swimming pool/spa. We took advantage of the swimming pool, which was delightful, even if it was not on the lager side, but well done, modern, in stainless steel, with large windows and stunning views of the hills. We were lucky to wake up with snow all around us. The room was good in size, the bathroom was clean and we had all that we needed. Also good quality beer at the bar. Staff was very nice. We would like to stay again here when we pass through Austria.
