This was our favorite place to stay in Tasmania! I wish we'd been able to stay more than one night. We came from a cold, windy, wet hike on Cradle Mountain to this wonderful haven. So many thoughtful touches like the fire setup, cozy bathrobes, a great tea selection, wine and beer available for purchase (really reasonably!) In the den, an incredibly comfortable bed with an electric blanket and so much great information about where to eat and things to do in the area. The place was amazing! Can't wait to come back.

The room was soooo good. Comfortable with a separate rooms. Fresh baked bread and homemade condiments. Continental breakfast provided. Close to town. Luxury in every way.

Beautiful Accomodation and setting. Wonderful bath, attention to detail and great breakfast offerings. Host was friendly and helpful when asked for suggestions for dinner and things to do in the area.

I liked that this accommodation was pet friendly. The house was warm and cosy when we arrived. We had great communication from the owner who checked in with us via text at check-in and checkout. Some breakfast items and snacks were provided which we weren't expecting which was a lovely surprise. The games and puzzles provided were also an added nice touch.

The nearness to Sheffield meant we could go get a nice latte in the morning. The cabins are very well.provisioned. The views are spectacular and the hike to the Silverman, whether or not you go in to see glow worms is really nice. It's not a bad drive to Cradle mountain National Park.

Spacious and comfy room. The owner is very friendly and helpful. It has a great location. Kids love seeing rabbits in the backyard and alpacas and cows on the nearby farm. The night sky was beautiful.

Location, staff, and it is recently renovated. They only open until 7 a.m., so let them know when you arrive. They will keep your room ready and keys outside.
