Small family run hotel. One of the nicest places we stayed on a 10 day trip to Colombia. Always felt safe and very kind hosts. We are young Canadians here for birding so the hotel offered a great boat tour for the flamingos.

El Remanso was my home. I found here everything I wanted :D (even what I couldn't want) At first I was just looking for a place to be, but I found something more. El Remanso has everything you could want in a place that is in the middle of nowhere. It is the place where you will have a feeling that you are the end of the world and it is only for you. There is a beach and excellent cuisine as well as opportunities for interesting walks .... these beaches and lagoons are worth exploring
